It's kind of in line with what I heard David Jeremiah say about dicipline (children) ; Dicipline is for disobedience, not for mistakes. IE if they spill a glass of milk the first reaction is to scold (because of anger towards the inconvenience) & say be more careful, when instead we should be pointing out it was a mistake, however be more careful in the future. The job of a parent is totally intimidating. I'll try to do it on my knees. NM Jenn,
